I was heavily involved in sports since I was in middle school. Below is my involvement in sports

• Tacoma Table Tennis Club Board– 2018-Present
• Highline Table Tennis Club Advisor/Coach/Trainer 2005-Present
• Table Tennis of Washington State Club, Bellevue, facilitated Sundays tournaments – 2010
• 5th Annual Golden Paddle Invitation 1993 – 1st place (Table Tennis)
• Full Force Kickboxing 1989-1993
  • Received black belt equivalent 1992
  • Trained all levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance
  • Competed at Lightweight level through Central California – 1992-1993
  • Trained two known fighters – Mike Cook and Gary Torres
• Kempo martial arts 1987-89 – Morris Karate
• Aikido martial arts 1982-84 – Personal Trainer
• Mt Lebanon Table Tennis 1st Place  1980
